Supporting Student Wellbeing and Mental Health

Intellectual growth and academic achievement should not come at the expense of wellbeing. Below students will find a wealth of resources to support their mental health and wellbeing, including professional services, discussion groups, and health and wellness classes.

Prioritize your wellbeing

Health and wellbeing resources are found online on the CAMHS and Center for Wellness and Health Promotion websites. Resources can also be found related to online and personal safety.

Expand your wellbeing

Find online and in person groups to support healthy relationships, engage in physical activity, and find balance.

Access providers and support services

In addition to the services available from Harvard’s Counseling and Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and the Center for Wellness and Health Promotion (CWHP), the following resources are available to providers and support groups.

Student Wellbeing Council

The Student Wellbeing Council promotes a culture of wellbeing for all students and serves as a platform for gathering and sharing important information among student leaders across the Schools. The council’s goals will also include raising awareness about available mental health and wellness resources and organizing programs and initiatives that promote wellbeing.
